Sumario: | This article addresses the issue of University Social Responsibility (RSU) as part of the educational process of university students and as an element of competitiveness in companies by preparing students during the process of educational interaction from the students’ perception. A quantitative study was carried out using 537 questionnaires from a population of 2620 undergraduate students at the Faculty of Accountancy and Administration (FCA) of the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC). The reliability analysis was carried out to validate the measuring instrument and a study of variance and correlations was made between the study variables presented: Campus Responsible (CR), Management and Environmental Care (GMA), Citizen Professional Training (FPC) and Responsible Social Participation (PSR). The results indicate high Cronbach Alpha levels (CR = .829, FPC = .875, GMA = .825 and PSR = .877), ANOVA with significant indicators and values in the correlation index from .601 to .713 in Pearson and from .666 to .750 in Spearman, both significant. The study variables are interrelated and covariance. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that from the perspective of students, it is important to implement educational strategies of CSR in the study programs of the Universities and to include their approach in the development of professionals with high added value that when finalizing their Studies are integrated into organizations and promote territorial development |
