El propósito de este trabajo es demostrar la existencia de inconsistencias en el total de votos recibidos para Presidente, Diputados y Munícipes en las elecciones de 1978al 2002. El estudio subraya las inconsistencias en los votos recibidos para Presidente y Diputados. El análisis de las elecciones del 2002 es por Juntas Receptoras de votos;el de las elecciones de 1978 a 1998, por distritos. Aunque nuestras elecciones son bien conocidas por su alto grado de pureza, las inconsistencias detectadas por nuestrainvestigación nos llevan a creer que ese alto grado de pureza puede ser aún mayor si se introducen controles adicionales en el seno de las Juntas Receptoras de votos.
