Sumario:In this time of constant change, the family has changed intensely in reality and in legality. That nuclear family of father, mother and procreated infants continues to exist, but shares its legitimacy with other types: the single-parent family, the egalitarian family, the communal family. Like all change, resistance to it is powerful, but reality, cultural change and need have been imposed. This issue is about that topic.
