Sumario:This paper presents a literature review on the debate of the commons, which in recent decades has increased as a viable alternative to the analysis of conflicts caused by the appropriation of common-pool resources of society and therefore of humanity. Neoliberalism, as the dominant production model, involved both in political discourses and economical practices in our societies has led the enclosure and commodification of natural resources.
